Appealing for Justice - the case of the IPF
The Court of Appeal, in its judgement on 17 December 2015 has declared the
Government’s Arrêté Royal/Koninlijk Besluit of 10 August 2015, “illegal”
because the latter unilaterally and without grounds dismissed the
International Polar Foundation and his Director Alain Hubert from the operation
of Belgium Antartica Station Princess Elisabeth. The video below is in French.
